Our volunteers will do their best to take your call during business hours. If we miss your call, please leave a detailed message including:<br \/><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Type of pet (dog, cat, etc.)<\/li><li>Breed &amp; approximate weight<\/li><li>Age<\/li><li>Reason for surrendering<\/li><li>Origin of the animal (e.g., another shelter, private home, etc.)<\/li><li>Time frame in which you need to surrender your pet<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If we can accommodate your pet, we will schedule an appointment and provide further instructions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Important Notes<\/strong>:<br \/><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Animals previously adopted from our shelter must be returned to us as per our adoption contract. Pets will be scanned for our microchip upon arrival to confirm.<\/li><li>To increase your chances of scheduling an appointment, we recommend calling several days or weeks in advance.
